How to do it

  1. Stretch one arm out in front at shoulder height, elbow straight.
  2. Turn your palm away from you so your fingers point up, like a stop sign.
  3. With the other hand, gently pull your fingers back toward you until you feel the inside of your forearm.

Remember

Palm away, fingers up: draw them gently back toward you.

Take care

Keep it gentle; stop if you feel tingling or numbness.

Stretch gently and never into pain. StretchUp gives general guidance and is not a medical device.
