Chair cat–cow
The cat–cow movement on a chair, to move your whole spine without getting down on the floor.
How to do it
- Sit near the front of the chair, feet flat, hands on your knees.
- Inhale: lift your chest and gently arch your back.
- Exhale: round your spine and tuck your chin.
